Khrissy is the Learning and Development Manager at Highclere-Six Sigma Consulting Inc. and a Black Belt consultant with Six Sigma PH. In her role as a Black Belt consultant, she coaches aspiring Six Sigma practitioners through their certification process, whether they are public class attendees or corporate clients. Khrissy holds a degree in Mass Communication from the City College of Manila and has completed extensive training in Scrum Master, Design Thinking, Project Management, and various agile, HR, and leadership programs.

With a diverse background as a former Account Manager and Team Coach across several BPO companies, Khrissy has extensive experience in Sales, Collections, Customer Service, Tech Support, Travel, Telecommunications, Gaming, and Banking.

Khrissy specializes in planning, directing, and coordinating the administrative functions of her organization. She oversees recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes, consults with the president on strategic planning, and acts as a liaison between management and employees. Additionally, she manages client engagements for in-house inquiries and corporate events.

Khrissy is a Certified Customer Experience Blueprint™ Facilitator and a Certified Training Designer with the Philippine Society for Talent Development (PSTD).
