Celine Jan Pascual is a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong foundation in communication, digital media, and learning & development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from STI College Novaliches, where she honed her skills in effective communication strategies and audience engagement.

Her career began in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, where she developed expertise in managing customer interactions, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of customer needs, which became instrumental in her transition to digital media and training roles.

Celine later took on the role of Social Media Manager at Six Sigma PH, where she leveraged her creativity and strategic thinking to build brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and strengthen the organization’s online presence. She played a key role in crafting compelling content and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Now serving as the Learning & Development (L&D) Operations Lead, Celine oversees the end-to-end execution of training programs, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous process improvement. She manages training logistics, coordinates with key stakeholders, and enhances the learner experience through structured programs and innovative learning solutions. Her leadership helps drive operational efficiency, enabling teams to upskill and excel in their respective roles.

In addition to her professional experience, Celine has undergone extensive training in Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Scrum, and Customer Experience Blueprint methodologies. These certifications equip her with the expertise to optimize workflows, foster innovation, and implement customer-centric strategies. Her ability to merge communication, digital engagement, and process improvement makes her a well-rounded leader in both L&D and operations.
