The Six Sigma Guy Delivers Lean Six Sigma to the Beautiful City of Puerto Princesa

Puerto Princesa City, Palawan - Rex Tuozo, "The Six Sigma Guy", was one of the speakers at PSTD's annual National Convention held in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. 

With the title of his talk being "Lean Facilitator Tools: Speed up your processes and reduce wastes", Mr. Tuozo made sure that the participants would bring home tools that are easy to use, practical, and high impact. 

The Six Sigma Guy started his talk with a brief introduction to Lean Six Sigma, followed by 3 staple tools: The ever-lasting SIPOC Diagram, and the VSM or Value Stream Map in conjunction with the Qualitative Analysis, or as how our Master Black Belt likes to call it, the "two-hit combo" to give emphasis on the synergistic properties of the two latter tools.

Both The Six Sigma Guy and the Participants seemed to have enjoyed the workshop and the discussion that the talk almost went over the allotted time, good thing we have great coordinators from PSTD!​​
