Six Sigma PH's Partnership with Meralco Continues

ORTIGAS CITY, Philippines - Six Sigma PH's Black Belt Consultant, Arthur Flores Jr., continues to visit different Meralco Sectors. This time, to teach how Six Sigma PH does the Improve Phase of DMAIC.

The four sectors visited by Arthur were the Sta. Rosa, Valenzuela, and two Ortigas Sectors. 

By using combinations of process improvement tools unique to Six Sigma PH, students were able to come up with comprehensive solutions ready for presentation in less than three hours. A group of participants even mentioned that they would include the solution they came up with in their presentation with their stakeholders.

The learning experience of each sector was made easier by the "Six Sigma Circuit", which is exclusive to Six Sigma PH. The circuit was designed by The Six Sigma Guy as a method of assembling process improvement tools and methodologies and making it simple and practical so that it can be learned and facilitated with ease.
