Six Sigma PH Speaks at 3 Meralco Learning Summits

ROSA, LAGUNA, Philippines- 29th of November, our newly Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Black Belt Consultant, Arthur Flores Jr., facilitated three of Meralco’s Learning and Development Organization‘s annual Learning Summit; S.T.E.P. (Strategy, Efficiency, and People) Up! a learning event open to Professional Technical employees. ​

Arthur, who recently got his Black Belt Certification last November 25, talked about the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma to an audience of engineers, analysts, associates, specialists, accountants, lawyers, accountants, relationship managers, auditors, and paralegals from the staff, supervisory, and managerial levels.

The newly certified Black Belt continues to practice and share the knowledge of Lean Six Sigma with companies in need and help them improve their processes to minimize defects, processing time, and variation - Redefining the meaning of business process excellence in the Philippines, one process at a time.
