Arthur is the Innovation Director and a Black Belt Consultant of Six Sigma PH. He is also a customer experience manager and currently based in Europe. 

In 2010, he passed the board exam and became a Registered Nurse and in 2022, he was certified as a Data Science Professional by IBM.

During his corporate stint he helped in the success of many local and international companies through his Process Improvement and Digital Transformation projects.

He's a music-lover and a former Rhythm Guitarist of a local band Committed in promoting innovation he authored the First Filipino Guide Book in Design Sprint “How to Guarantee Success with Design Sprint”.

Today, he's focusing on moving the Philippines to be the next Innovation Center by teaching Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking while managing his family's very successful "Quantifine Pharmacy”.
