Symposium with the theme “Moving Together Toward AmBisyon Natin 2040”, July 25, 2019, at Pasay City.

His talk is about Service Blueprint (2.0), a Design Thinking tool that allows companies to create a seamless service process, designed for the target customers.

The Symposium shall be attended by more than 2,500 delegates (Executives, Managers, and HR Practitioners) of National Government Agencies, Local Government Units, State Universities and Colleges, Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations, Government Financial, Institutions, Private Sector, and ASEAN delegates.

The HR Symposium which serves as a venue to discuss new trends and share best practices on Human Resource and Organization Development recognized the importance of human resource development in building public institutions founded on good governance and in bringing change, transitions, and transformations. It is attended by human resource management practitioners and leaders from government agencies nationwide as well as delegates from Civil Service ASEAN member states.
